Reporting an app
How to tell us about an app that breaks the rules, and what happens next.
Every app’s install screen has a Report this app link. It opens an email to support@cloudcrane.ai with the app’s address already in the subject. You can also write to that address with the app’s link.
An app that breaks the rules is taken down. Its address then answers that the app was taken down, and on every phone it was installed on, the next time it opens with a connection it says so and stops opening.
