Step 4: Review

    1. 1

      low_confidence

The model answered but scored below your minConfidence. Either it is genuinely unsure, or your threshold is too high for this field.

    2. 2

      abstain

The model declined. Usually the record really does not say. Our Chef's tart lands here.

    3. 3

      ratchet_block

A run on a safety field would have removed a value the record already had. It is never allowed to do that silently, so it asks you.

    4. 4

      evidence_conflict

On a safety field, the record's own words give a value your source of truth doesn't list (the menu says butter; the supplier sheet has no dairy). The value is kept, because unknown is never safe, and you decide which one is wrong. This doesn't block publishing: the kept value is the safe one.

You can accept the proposed value, correct it by hand, or withhold the record so it is served to nobody. A value you set by hand is locked: later runs leave it alone, and its receipt says a person decided, with your name on it.
